A family that breathes

Trial, 28 September 2026: the drawn family (look C) made to move with AI video, cut out, and packed so it plays on an iPhone inside the card. Each clip starts and ends on the still picture, so the card can rest on the still and play a clip every so often, or when the family is tapped.

Left: the clip cut out over the room. Under it: what the model returned, on green. "Faces" opens the worst frame for each face beside the still (still, clip, difference), at twice size.

Face drift, measured

For each face, every frame is lined up with the still (shifted up to 8 pixels) and the remaining difference averaged. A head that only moves scores near the first frame's own number; a turned head scores high; a redrawn face scores high AND looks different in the crop. Numbers are out of 255.
